For
landlords, our business is about finding suitable new tenants, based on
your stated requirements, who are able to afford the rent and will look
after, respect and enjoy living in your property while also achieving
market rents and minimising void periods.
We also try to make the whole process as swift and simple as possible
so you can let your property as soon as it becomes available.
Beckets Property offers landlords three levels of service:
- Tenant Introduction - 75% of the first month's rent and there are no hidden extras to pay.
- Tenant Introduction & Inventory - 95% of the first month's rent and there are no hidden extras to pay.
- Letting & Management - 15% of the monthly rental (paid monthly) plus a start up fee of £250.
All of the above Lettings Packages include internet marketing, colour photographs, accompanied viewings, tenant referencing and a tenancy agreement as standard and, if required, we will also serve a Section 21 Notice at the commence of the tenancy at no additional cost.
The Tenant Introduction & Inventory Package also includes a full Inventory & Schedule of Condition, accompanied by a CD of colour photographs of the property and its contents.The Lettings & Management Package includes all the activities involved in the day to day management of the property, as well as a full Inventory & Schedule of Condition / Check-In Report and Check-Out Report.
We do not charge a renewal fee for tenancies continuing beyond their initial term, although if you would like us to draw up a new tenancy agreement there will be an fixed admin charge.
